Mount Aloysius, an Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, is currently accepting applications for our Direct Care/Habilitation Specialists.
Duties include:
• Assisting intellectually disabled residents with daily living skills which can include, but are not limited to, bathing/showering, dental hygiene, shaving, toileting, etc.
• Ensuring residents receive appropriate care
• Hands on work with residents
• Accompanying residents on outings
• Accompanying residents to dentist/doctors’ appointments
• Adhere to resident programs and care plans
• Adhere to mandatory overtime policies
• Other duties as assigned

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living. Although our Direct Care position is “similar” to a STNA/CNA, we DO NOT require State Certification. We will train successful applicants.
