Description

Mount Aloysius, an Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, is currently accepting applications for our open Shift Supervisor position.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the following:
• Supervising staff
• Scheduling coverage
• Ensuring residents receive appropriate care
• Hands on work with residents
• Adhere to resident programs and care plans
• Adhere to mandatory overtime policies
• Other duties as assigned

  • Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist our direct care staff/habilitation specialists with our residents. Resolve issues pertaining to scheduling and staffing.
  • Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required
    Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
